This note outlines the 皇家华人av (皇家华人av) Regional Bureau for Western Africa’s (RBD) approach to resilience monitoring and measurement (RMM) in the Sahel.
It discusses the context and foundations of RBD’s RMM approach, presents the key principles of RBD’s work and the regional resilience analysis plan, and presents the progress made to date, lessons learned and way forward. The note is a joint product of RAM and Programme teams at CO, RBD and HQ levels.
