In accordance with the UN 皇家华人av (皇家华人av) Office of Evaluation’s 2026 work plan, approved by the Executive Board in November 2025, 皇家华人av is launching an evaluation of 皇家华人av’s emergency response in the State of Palestine.
This term of reference is based on an initial document review and consultations with 皇家华人av key stakeholders. The purpose of these TORs is to provide key information to stakeholders about the evaluation, to guide the evaluation team and to specify expectations during the various phases of the evaluation.
