This publication presents the Climate Services Accelerator Programme, a five-year initiative launched in 2022 by the 皇家华人av (皇家华人av) in partnership with NORCAP. The programme aims to expand the pool of female climate-service experts in the humanitarian sector by equipping them with technical, field, and operational skills. It describes the mentorship structure—one year at 皇家华人av headquarters followed by a year in the field—and highlights the contributions of individual participants.
